Jukko Inc. (or “Jukko”) is a mobile advertising company that provides a mobile advertising platform for advertisers and mobile monetization solution for app publishers. Our platform enables our partners to drive more meaningful engagements on mobile and more effectively leverage advertising for in-app monetization. To deliver on our mission, Jukko collects and uses certain information about end mobile user activity in partnered mobile apps.

Advertising Privacy Policy
This section describes the information we collect, leverage and share through our network (“Services”).
Information Collection
For mobile consumers that download and use applications which contain the Jukko SDK, we may collect certain device information including the following:
- Device make, model and OS (operating system)
- Name of application through which a consumer interacts with Jukko
- Country
- State, city, region or zip code
- Time zone
- IP address
- Identifier for advertisers (IDFA)
Jukko is dedicated to providing a transparent data collection process. Our Opt-In targeting system provides a mechanism for consumers to provide additional information to improve ad relevance.
Opt-in information that consumers can choose to provide pertain to:
- Gender
- Age
- Brand preferences
Using the information we collect or are provided by consumers, we are able to deliver on our Services, provide more relevant and exciting experiences for consumers, along with improving features and developing new ones.
Information Sharing
We may share information we collect or derive with third parties for the following purposes:
- With service providers that perform services on our behalf
- For analytics and advertising reporting purposes for our brand and app publisher partners
- For research and product development purposes
- In response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes
- To protect our or a third party’s legal rights or to defend against a legal claim
- As part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or at bankruptcy
Sharing With Third-Party Partners and Customers
We work with third-party companies who help us provide and improve our advertising platform Services or who use our advertising or related products.
Advertising, Measurement and Analytics (Non-Personally Identifiable Information).
We may provide our advertiser and publisher partners with information about their ad campaigns and ad performance. This information is related to impressions, clicks, effectiveness and return on ad spend, but such information does not personally identify our consumers.
Service Providers and Other Partners
We transfer information to service provider partners who support the Jukko business, such as providing technical infrastructure support, ad server support, analytics support, or payment support, among others. These partners must adhere to strict confidentiality in a way consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Opt-Out:
To opt-out of our collection of information from mobile devices, please visit your device’s settings to set the “Limit Ad Track” or other similar feature on your device. You can also reset your device identifier to reset any previous information used for improving ad relevance.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 except as permitted by U.S. law. For example, we may collect certain types of information (e.g., IDFAs) from apps that are directed toward children for activities that fit within the “support for internal operations” exception from the notice and consent requirements in the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule.
Data Security and Retention
We implement reasonable measures to help secure the information we collect through the Services. We retain the data we collect through the Services for up to 2 years. Information is automatically purged from our system if the Services do not receive any updated information for a device in the last 2 years. Note that we will retain information in our systems for as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

For iOS mobile devices, go to “Settings” from your Device’s home screen; scroll down to “Privacy”; select “Advertising”; and turn on “Limit Ad Tracking.” For Android mobile devices, go to “Google Settings” on your Device; select “Ads”; and check the box labeled “Opt Out of Interest-Based Ads.”
Please note that if you limit ad tracking or opt out of interest-based ads you will still receive advertising, whether from the Jukko Service or any other service, but it may be less relevant to your interests. Additionally, data may still be collected from your browser or device for purposes other than interest-based advertising. If you erase your cookies, reset your device identifier, or use different browsers or devices you may need to make your choices again.
Children
Our site is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 through the Site except as permitted by US law.
Data Security and Retention
We have implemented reasonable physical, technical and administrative security measures for the Site to help protect information we collect and store.
Cookies set on the www.jukko.com domain are set to expire a maximum of 90 days after the action which created the cookie.
We retain other information such as customer contact and payment information in our systems for as long as necessary as permitted by law to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
